We collect the information you provide at checkout or through our contact form, including your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order items, notes, and message history. We also keep order, payment-status, fulfillment, tracking, and notification records.
Payment information
Javadeco currently accepts manual bank transfer through Wise or SWIFT. The website does not collect card details, online-banking passwords, or bank login credentials. Your bank or Wise handles the transfer under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use personal information to confirm and fulfill orders, verify payment status, arrange delivery, send transactional emails, answer questions, provide returns support, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Who receives information
We share only what is needed with service providers that help operate the store, deliver transactional email, host data, process a transfer, or transport and clear a parcel. Delivery details may also be provided to couriers, customs agents, and public authorities where required.
Browser storage and cookies
The cart uses essential browser storage so your selected items remain available between pages. The private admin area uses essential authentication. Javadeco does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information for behavioral advertising.
Customer reviews from Etsy
Javadeco imports ratings, written feedback, review dates, and related listing IDs from its Etsy shop using a read-only connection. Buyer account IDs are not stored or displayed on this website. Reviews remain attributed to Etsy and may be refreshed to reflect updates at the source.
Verified reviews from website orders
After a paid order ships, Javadeco may send one review reminder with a private order-linked submission page. A published review stores the rating, written feedback, purchased item, date, and a shortened display name; the customer's email and private order token are not shown publicly. Reviews may be removed for spam, abuse, personal information, or content unrelated to the purchase, but Javadeco does not edit a customer's rating or words.
Storage, security, and retention
Order and inquiry records are stored using access-controlled website services. Sensitive website settings are encrypted. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, security, tax, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
International processing
Because Javadeco operates from Indonesia and sells internationally, information may be processed in Indonesia and in countries where our hosting, email, banking, or delivery providers operate. We take reasonable steps to use information only for the purposes described here.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.
