These terms apply when you browse the Javadeco store, contact us, or place an order.

Javadeco is an online store operated from Indonesia that offers handmade natural home decor to supported international destinations.
Products and handmade variation
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural fibers and handmade production create small differences in color, grain, weave, dimensions, and shape. Product images may also look slightly different across screens.
Prices and orders
Store prices and shipping rates are shown in USD. The checkout confirms current price, stock, shipping, and total before an order is created. We may correct an obvious pricing or stock error and will contact you before accepting an affected order.
Manual bank transfer
After placing an order, you receive private Wise and SWIFT instructions. Use the Javadeco order number as the payment reference and ensure the beneficiary receives the full amount shown. An order remains awaiting payment until we verify the transfer. Never send money if the beneficiary details do not match the confirmation page.
Order acceptance and cancellation
Submitting checkout reserves available stock but does not guarantee final acceptance. The order is accepted after payment is verified and fulfillment is confirmed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and return any amount received. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; cancellation may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Shipping and import charges
Standard Shipping uses a consolidated bulk service and includes import duties and taxes, so no separate customs payment is due on delivery. Express Shipping does not include destination import duty, tax, or customs fees; the customer is responsible for charges requested by customs or the courier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, timing, condition requirements, damage claims, and refund handling are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Customer reviews
Only paid, shipped website orders may use the private verified-review form. Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience and must not include threats, abuse, spam, unlawful material, another person's private information, or content unrelated to the purchase. Javadeco may remove content for those reasons but does not edit submitted ratings or wording. Honest positive and negative feedback is welcome.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy Javadeco content for commercial use without permission. Store text, branding, photography, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Javadeco is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, while any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available. We may update these terms for operational or legal changes; the latest version will appear here.
