Returns & refunds
We want every handmade piece to arrive safely and feel right in your home.

Contact Javadeco within 14 days after delivery and ship the approved return within 14 days after telling us you wish to return it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and protective packaging.
Handmade character
Small differences in weave, grain, tone, shape, or measurement are natural features of handmade and plant-based materials. They are not defects. If the difference is substantial or the product is not as described, contact us and include clear photos.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours—with the order number and photos of the item, parcel, and shipping label. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays tracked return shipping. Javadeco covers reasonable return or replacement shipping when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send a return to the parcel's original dispatch address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Refunds
We inspect returned items before approving a refund. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer using the details agreed with the customer. Any original delivery-charge refund will follow applicable mandatory consumer law. Import charges paid directly to customs or an Express courier are not collected by Javadeco and cannot be refunded by us.
Items that cannot be returned
Personalized, custom-made, altered, used, or final-sale items cannot be returned for change of mind, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or the item is defective or not as described.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country. If you have a concern, contact Javadeco and we will review it fairly.
