These baskets are so well made and look fantastic in my entryway console. As there are a lot of online scammers these days, I thought it was a massive risk because they're not cheap, however after receiving my order I would highly recommend this shop and would buy from them again.

Ottima qualità, ma tempi di spedizione lunghissimi (1 mese e mezzo) e imballaggio così così: è stato infatti inserito in una scatola di cartone pochissimo più grande dell'articolo acquistato. Forse era meglio una scatola un pò più grande, per evitare danni durante il trasporto.

Description of item was misleading. Would never order from this vendor again.

My only wish is that they would have provided tracking. Both International and United States tracking number (once the package was handed over to Fed Ex) was NEVER provided, despite request. However, it arrived in reasonable time since it is shipping from another country and luckily I was home to receive the package, despite not knowing when it would arrive. My biggest concern was that I would not be home and my package would be stollen. That is why I like to be aware of when a package will be arriving. A very thin cardboard box is constructed around the wicker box basket, so be very careful when opening. Despite the non-protective box the actual basket is so well constructed that it withheld the trip. The construction is sound. Just be aware that the box is slightly darker than depicted, dark brown w/ deep orange gold highlight

Plateau bien réalisé comme décrit, le seul problème est que le vernis reste collant. J’ai attendu mais ça ne sèche pas. Comme je m’en sers posé sur une console en décoration, je l’ai posé et je ne le touche plus donc ça va.

The quality is fine but it took about 2 months to get it and it came damaged after all that. But that was shipping. The item is good except bent - I purchased 3 and two had damage. The entire rims bent inwards so shipping isn’t good. But customer service explained how international shipping works from there. Not a great way. But the basket that wasn’t damaged is good quality
